We all know how expensive it is to sell a home and purchase a new one: realtor fees, closing costs, interest rates, and moving expenses.  And nothing ever fits in the new home exactly like it did in the home you just sold---even though you were sure it would!  Not to mention the hoops the mortgage company puts you through.  And right now  the bidding wars on houses in the metroplex can be frustrating and discouraging.  So why put yourself through the hassle-you don’t want to change your doctor or dentist and the kids don’t want to change schools……………so let us remodel your current home to reflect the home of your dreams.

We can use the great “bones” of your current house and update it with fresh colors, fixtures and appliances.  How about a new tub and or shower-tile where there use to be vinyl, or sinks that are more modern then when you bought the house?  New lighting fixtures, crown molding, wood floors—you name it, we can change it up and change it out.

 

Additionally, if you want to open up rooms, remove walls, or put on an addition-we can do that too.  Our engineers and architects can provide a plan so you can see what the finished product will look like.
